Are you a passionate Bahraini national with a flair for video and animation? bMedia is looking for a Junior Production Manager with up to 2 years of work experience to join our dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting video and animation projects alongside our senior producers.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist senior producers in managing video and animation projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth production processes.
• Learn the ins and outs of production management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

• Bahraini national with up to 2 years of work experience in media, production, or a related field.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for video production, animation, and storytelling.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience:
• Less than 2 years of work experience in media, production, or a related industry.
• Previous internships or entry-level roles in video production, animation, or project management are a plus.
3. Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of video production and animation processes.
• Familiarity with production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Understanding of project management tools and techniques.
4. Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Personal Attributes:
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for creative media, video production, and animation.
6. Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
7. Nationality:
• Bahraini nationals only.
